I’m an executive coach with a Master of Arts in Executive Coaching and advanced training in the ICF core competencies. I specialize in supporting legal and IT/IS professionals who are navigating change, building confidence, and stepping into their full potential as leaders.

My approach is grounded, relational, and designed to meet you where you are. I work with individuals and teams to strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic clarity—bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Before launching my coaching practice, I worked in leadership development, training, and consulting. I bring a background that blends real-world experience with relational insight—helping leaders in high-pressure fields build trust, resilience, and clarity.

Graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, reflecting my dedication to mastering both the science and heart of coaching.
